william pike hogs back walk

I woke up in the room we were put in our logde, the others were still asleep so i tried to be quiet but i ended up waking them up anyway because we had to have breakfast we had scrambled eggs or weet bix i had both because I was feeling hungry, after that, we had to bring our lunch boxes out to pack our lunch there were buns with ham, cheese lettuce and mayonnaise, I went and put my lunch, box and pack it in my bag ready for the walk, then we packed our bags and put them in the cars ready to go home after the walk, we had to drive to the walk because it was like 5kms drive, but when we got to the start of the track we got our day packs out and off we went, we started by climbing up a not too big of a hill to the top. when we got to the top we realized we left the teacher behind so we stopped and had a snack waiting for the teacher to catch up, I had scroggen in my bag so I shared it a round to all my friends, then we started walking again with out our teacher but one of the adults walked slowley behind us waiting for the teacher, then we had to walk down the step windey bit on the track, when we got to the bottom we stopped by then the teacher had caught up to us, then we all got maps and you had to buddy up with some one, i buddied up with Rhys and Archie we had to find where we were after about five minutes, we found it on the map, then we starting walking again, then we came across a small stream I could fill my bottle up in it, then when we got across our teacher made us sit by our selves for ten minutes to think what we have done and accomplished, then we made one more stretch to the end, me and the boys were dying because of the 3-hour walk, we finally finished.

  1. Another great William Pike Challenge. Awesome to see you got to learn some mapping skills and that you had solo time for reflection. Do these need to be published on the WPCA site? Also, I want you to focus on correct punctuation Cooper. Proof read and edit before publishing please.
